Disclosed is a portable ultraviolet ray - ozone sterilization apparatus, comprising: a housing (10) in which a control circuit (11) is provided; a lamp cover (20) provided on the surface of the housing (10), a reflection space (21) being concavely provided in the lamp cover; at least one ultraviolet ray module (30) provided in the reflection space (21), the ultraviolet ray module (30) being driven by the control circuit (11) to generate ultraviolet rays, which convert oxygen in the air into ozone; and a portable power source (40) coupled to the control circuit (11) to provide an electric power supply. The apparatus has functions of sterilization by both ultraviolet rays and ozone, and has advantages of a small volume and ease of carrying.
