Disclosed are a plugging and unplugging mechanism (100), a plug-in frame comprising the plugging and unplugging mechanism (100), and a finished board. The present invention relates to a power mechanism. Fast and reliable plugging and unplugging are achieved, by using a leverage effect and a transmission effect of a gear (41). The plugging and unplugging mechanism provided in the present invention is used for being arranged between an auxiliary loading frame (11) and a primary loading frame (12) to achieve plug and pull of the auxiliary loading frame (11) in the primary loading frame (12). The plugging and unplugging mechanism (100) comprises a driving portion and a transmission portion. The driving portion comprises a wrench (31). The transmission portion comprises at least one sequentially meshed gear (41). The gear (41) at one end is connected to the wrench (31), each gear (41) is fixed on the auxiliary loading frame (11) through a rotary shaft (42) respectively, and at least one gear (41) is connected to the primary loading frame (12) through a linkage structure.
