DUAL-FLOW ANTI-AIR-CONTAMINANT CENTRALIZED MECHANICAL VENTILATION DEVICE THAT IS AUTOMATED ACCORDING TO A CONTINUOUS QUALITY CONTROL OF THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR AIR OF AN ENCLOSED INHABITABLE SPACE
The invention relates to a dual-flow centralized mechanical ventilation device for an enclosed inhabitable space, including: an air-purifying chamber (1) containing an outdoor-air inlet (2) and an indoor-air inlet (3), and an indoor-air outlet (4) and an outdoor-air outlet (5); a heat exchanger (6); a system (9) for filtering the indoor and outdoor air; and a ventilation system (10) including a motor. The invention is characterized in that the device further includes: a three-sensor probe (8) positioned inside the enclosed inhabitable space and connected to the air-purifying chamber (1) in order to measure the concentration of nitrogen dioxide (NO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and volatile organic compounds (VOC) inside the enclosed inhabitable space in real time; at least one outdoor NO2 probe (12) positioned at an opening (20) of the outdoor-air inlet in the enclosed inhabitable space and connected to the air-purifying chamber (1) in order to measure the NO2 concentration outside the enclosed inhabitable space in real time; and an automated system for opening/closing two valves (15, 16) positioned at the outdoor-air inlet (20) and outlet (50) of the air-purifying chamber (1), respectively, the triggering threshold of which depends on the quality of the indoor and outdoor air measured by the indoor three-sensor probe (8) and the outdoor probe (12). The invention further relates to a method for the automated purification of the ambient air in an enclosed inhabitable space by controlling the quality of the indoor and outdoor air using a device according to the invention.
