In order to reduce the deviation between inlet-outlet temperature difference of a first superheater and the inlet-outlet temperature difference of a second superheater, thereby reducing the difference in thermal expansion between the first superheater and the second superheater and preventing damage to heat transfer pipes, this heat collection device for a solar heat boiler is equipped with cylindrical headers (1, 3, 5), which are connected to both ends of heat transfer pipes, and a solar heat collection unit, comprising heat transfer pipes and membrane bars securely attaching the heat transfer pipes to each other. The cylindrical headers comprise: an inlet header (1) into which a fluid to be heated flows; an intermediate header (3) arranged at a position opposing the inlet header (1), with the heat transfer pipes therebetween; and two outlet headers (5, 5), which are provided extending from both ends of the inlet header, and through which the fluid from the intermediate header flows to the outside. The solar heat collection unit is formed with a first superheating unit (2), which has a group of transfer pipes connected between the inlet header (1) and the intermediate header (3), and forms the central region of the solar heat collection unit, and second superheating units (4, 4), which have a group of heat transfer pipes connected between the intermediate header (3) and the two outlet headers (5, 5), and which are formed on both sides of the first superheating unit (2).
