The present invention relates to the technical field of touch sensors, and provides an anti-interference method. The method comprises the following steps: determining whether a touch terminal enters a charging state, and if yes, performing subsequent steps; detecting interference; and when interference meeting a first preset condition is detected, selecting a touch-screen driver frequency to trip off an interference frequency. The present invention further provides an anti-interference system, a capacitance touch sensor, and a touch terminal. According to the present invention, the interference is detected after the touch terminal enters the charging state, and when the interference meeting the preset condition is detected, the touch-screen driver frequency is selected to trip off the interference frequency, so that an impact of common mode interference, generated when the touch terminal is connected to a charger for charging, on a touch operation can be reduced or eliminated.
