The invention concerns a closure with pouring means comprising a base (1) including pouring means (2), a cap (3) having a peripheral skirt (19) and means (4) for pivoting the cap (3) on the base (1). The pouring means (2) comprises a generally cylindrical wall (7), whereof the upper part (9) is configured to form a protuberance radially oriented outwards forming a localized pouring spout (11), which is located opposite the pivoting means (4). The pouring spout (11), placed inside the closure when the latter is closed, is invisible from outside the closure and the skirt (19) of the cap (3) capable being rid of the protuberance radially oriented outwards like a typical localized pouring spout.
