Method and device for determining measuring values characteristic for the solar irradiance at the location of a PV generator

The method involves measuring current and voltage values of solar cells (2a-2n) exposed to a radiation during selection of measuring intervals. Electrical energy for necessary electrical devices is produced in a photovoltaic manner, and the selected solar cell of a photovoltaic (PV)-generator (1) is used as the measuring solar cell. The current and voltage levels are determined by an electronic controllable load. The measuring solar cell is decoupled from the PV-generator during the measuring intervals. An independent claim is also included for a device for determination of measuring values.
