The method involves providing an input mask device. A selection parameter is fed into the input mask device. Selector tree device (202) is provided, depending on the selection parameter, supplied in the input mask device. The selector tree device is segmented into segment units (203,204a to 204n), which are transmitted into a memory device in segment wise manner. An independent claim is also included for an analyzing device for analysis of a selector tree.
