A high-frequency switch power supply comprises: a power input circuit (11), a power output circuit (12), a power transformer (13) and a current detection circuit. The current detection circuit comprises a current transformer (14), at least one second impedance branch circuit (15) and a detection unit (16). The current transformer (14) comprises a primary winding and at least one secondary winding. The primary winding and an impedance (C1) are connected in series as a first impedance branch circuit which is connected in series to a loop consisting of the power input circuit (11) and the power transformer (13). The second impedance branch circuit (15) is connected to the first impedance branch circuit in parallel and then connected to the loop in series. The detection unit (16) is connected to the secondary winding and used for detecting a current output by the secondary winding. The volume of the current detection circuit is reduced.
