A permanent magnetic field energy generator using a newly discovered energy source, comprising an energy generation device (2) for generating and outputting electric energy, a temperature control device (3) for cooling the electrified coil of the energy generation device and supplying temperature to other places needing temperature regulation, an electric energy storage device (1) for performing partial charging and storage on the electric energy output from the energy generation device and supplying electric energy to each electric consumption device, an electric energy supply device (5) for regulating and controlling the electric energy supplied by the electric energy storage device, and an integrated electronic control device (4) for performing integrated platform processing on the operation of all the machines. The temperature control device may not be used when the electrified coil is made of a high-temperature high-electric conductivity material. The energy generator can effectively utilize an electromagnetic field and soft magnet magnetic field capable of generating energy.
