KIT AND METHOD FOR DETECTING NAT2 GENE POLYMORPHISM BY USING REAL-TIME FLUORESCENT QUANTITATIVE PCR

A kit and a method for detecting an NAT2 gene polymorphism by using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The kit comprises reaction liquid and a probe set. The probe set is formed by one or more of the following: a probe 341, a probe 481, a probe 590, and a probe 857, and each of the probe 341, the probe 481, the probe 590, and the probe 857 comprises an upstream primer, a downstream primer, a wild-type probe, and a mutant-type probe. By using the kit, a target area containing generation sites for detecting target polymorphisms (NAT2*5, NAT2*6, NAT2*7, and NAT2*11) in the NAT2 gene can be detected in the reaction liquid.
