An infrared multipoint identification method, an infrared multipoint identification device and an infrared touchscreen. The infrared multipoint identification method comprises: a light path information acquisition step: acquiring all infrared light path information and determining light paths shielded by a touch object; a quasi-touch point acquisition step: acquiring at least one quasi-touch point; and a real touch point determination step: from the light paths shielded by the touch object, searching for a light path which only intersects with one quasi-touch point and is shielded by the touch object, and determining the quasi-touch point which intersects with the light path shielded by the touch object to be a real touch point. The infrared multipoint identification method and device and the infrared touchscreen can accurately identify a real touch point, have better robustness and anti-noise performance, can still obtain a real touch point even if some light paths are incorrect, and can accurately reject all ghost points.
