A homotype radar co-channel interference suppression method in a ship formation condition, relating to the technical field of radar interference resistance. When working parameters are known when an internal radar is formed to conduct cooperative work, firstly, according to a feature that an LFM interference signal focuses in the Fourier field in the fractional order of a matching order and defocuses in the Fourier field in a fractional order of other orders, by using a method of gradual filtering, interference different from a modulated frequency of a radar transmitting signal and to be observed is sequentially eliminated according to interference energy from being strong to being weak; Secondly, a signal after frequency domain processing is reversely transformed into a time domain to conduct matched filtering, and an interference same as a modulated frequency of an echo signal is filtered out by using a time domain adjacent period anti-asynchronization algorithm. The method effectively solves the problem of the suppression of co-channel interference different from the radar echo signal modulated frequency, and further eliminates the co-channel interference same as the radar echo signal modulated frequency, thereby improving the co-channel interference resistance capability and the formation and networking capability of a ship-based homotype radar.
