Provided are a search word acquisition method, server, search word recommendation method and system, and storage medium, the search word acquisition method comprising: setting a label library, the label library storing a plurality of labels, a plurality of categories, and a plurality of application keywords, each category corresponding to a plurality of labels, each application keyword corresponding to at least one label, and each label corresponding to at least one category; determining whether a received application keyword is a fuzzy keyword; if yes, then acquiring, according to the received application keyword, the label matching the received application keyword; acquiring, according to the matched label, the category corresponding to the matched label; summarizing the acquired categories, and locating the category having the highest frequency of occurrence; and locating the label corresponding to the category having the highest frequency of occurrence as a recommended search word. The present invention can search out what the user potentially needs when the user does not have a clear subjective search goal, or segment the item the user needs, thus enabling the search result to be more in line with user intent, and having strong practicability.
