The present application relates to compositions comprising an inhibitor of tyrosinase gene expression, in particular a nucleic acid that is capable of inhibiting gene expression of the tyrosinase gene, and the use thereof for hair removal and/or preventing hair from growing back; and/or the use thereof for depigmentation and/or preventing repigmentation of the skin.
