The invention relates to a method for orienting a focusing laser cutting beam (2) eccentrically in relation to the jet axis (3a) of a cutting gas jet (3). Said method consists of the following steps: a tilted mirror (12) arranged in the beam path of the laser cutting beam (2) upstream of the cutting gas jet (3) is rotated in a direction (CSp) coaxial to the jet axis (3a) and/or in a direction (B') perpendicular to the jet axis (3a) and corresponding to the direction of the incidence of the laser beam (2) on the tilted mirror (12). The cutting gas jet (3) and the tilted mirror (12) are arranged especially in a second structural unit (9b) of a laser machining head (9), which is mounted in such a way that it can be rotated in relation to a first structural unit (9a), in the direction (B) corresponding to the beam incidence direction. The invention also relates to a method for cutting angles on a workpiece (1) by means of a laser beam, based on the method for orienting the laser cutting beam (2), and to a laser machining head (7) and a laser machining tool (9) for carrying out said method.
