Provided are a user terminal apparatus supporting fast web scroll of web documents and a method therefor. Provided is a web scroll system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprising: a web document providing-apparatus for storing web documents written in languages comprising hypertext markup language (HTML), and providing the web documents to a user terminal when same connects; and a user terminal comprising a processor for connecting to the web document-providing apparatus and receiving the web documents therefrom, parsing the received web document so as to convert same into data having a tree structure, then, from among the converted data, loading the data to be output on a display means into a video output memory in a display output tree form, and providing same to a web application process.
