Since the sampling frequency of an RRU is always constant, there is a possibility that A/D conversion is performed at a sampling frequency greater than required for the frequency bandwidth of a radio signal.The present invention has a sampling frequency change function, and reduces a band required for digital RoF transmission between a BBU and an RRU by reducing the sampling frequency within a range where an aliasing component when the sampling frequency is reduced does not deteriorate the signal quality of a desired signal component or by stopping signal transmission between the BBU and the RRU in a no-signal section, on the basis of radio band allocation information.
