The invention relates to a method for agglomerating industrial dust comprising: mixing the dust to be agglomerated in a vat in the presence of a first binder including a polymer with a molecular weight of more than 500,000 g/mol, presented in the form of a reverse emulsion; then separately adding a second binding agent, including an alkaline metal silicate, to the vat while continuing to mix; and finally compacting the obtained agglomerates under pressure.
