First aid equipment, a monitoring server, a monitoring system, and a monitoring method for first aid equipment are provided. First aid equipment (310) has an automatic self-detection function and comprises a wireless communication interface (311) for sending first aid equipment related information to a monitoring server (320). The monitoring server comprises: a receiving module for receiving the first aid equipment related information sent by the first aid equipment; a first screening module for screening the received first aid equipment related information to obtain related information of first aid equipment that has failed. A monitoring system comprises the first aid equipment and the monitoring server; after automatic self-detection, the first aid equipment sends, by means of a wireless communications technology, a self-detection result to the monitoring server for centralized management, so that an equipment administrator can lean whether any problem occurs on the first aid equipment according to the first aid equipment related information received by the monitoring server, thereby find and process the faulty first aid equipment in time.
