A method of accessing internet content across operator networks, proxy server and communication system thereof are disclosed. The method of accessing internet content across operator networks, provided by the embodiments of the present invention, comprises: an access request from a user for accessing to a first operator network is received by a first proxy server; an operator network located by a access object is obtained by the first proxy server according to the access request; when the access object is located in the first operator network, the access object is obtained from the first operator network and returned to the user by the first proxy server; when the access object is located in a second operator network, the access request is sent to a second proxy server through a connecting channel by the first proxy server, and the access object is obtained from the second operator network and returned to the user by the second proxy server.
