A method for manufacturing an underwater observation tool for a vessel according to the present invention, includes: a hemisphere molding step in which a convex hemispherical central portion, a close-contact portion that extends in a flat manner from an edge of the central portion, and first and second hemispheres in which concave fluid inlet grooves are formed in the close-contact portion in the direction in which the close-contact portion extends from the edge of the central portion are formed; a hemisphere assembly step in which the first and second hemispheres are assembled such that the filling space is formed therein by bringing the close-contact portions of the first and second hemispheres into close contact with each other and in which the fluid inlet is formed on one side; and a fluid filling step in which the filling space is filled with the transparent fluid through the fluid inlet and the fluid inlet is blocked.
