The plate has a head part (10) for arranging at a bone end piece and a shank part (20) for arranging at a bone shank. A slotted hole (22) includes two shanks (23, 24), where one shank is arranged perpendicular to a shank part longitudinal direction and another shank is arranged inclined to the shank part longitudinal direction. The shank part includes two boreholes (21a, 21b) for accommodating bone screws whose connection line runs diagonal to the shank part longitudinal direction and crosses the latter shank of the hole. The slotted hole is arranged between the boreholes of the shank part.
