摘要
An energy-saving and oxygen-enriched method in blast furnace ironmaking. The oxygen in an oxygen-enriched coal powder injection process in blast furnace ironmaking is oxygen-enriched air containing 21%-31% oxygen and obtained by directly placing an oxygen generating device in a blast furnace and mixing the generated oxygen with the air. The oxygen-enriched air is compressed by a blast furnace fan; then the compressed air enters a hot air furnace, is heated to 1000°C -1400°C, and then directly enters the blast furnace to participate in ironmaking. This method can evenly mix the oxygen and improve the stability, and does not need to equip a dedicated oxygen compressor, thereby effectively reducing the device investment and device maintenance cost, decreasing the energy consumption and production cost, and achieving an environmental protection objective. Meanwhile, it is convenient to reform the original production line of the blast furnace ironmaking, and it is only required to connect the oxygen outlet of the oxygen generating device to an air inlet of the blast furnace fan.
