The present invention relates to a recording medium having data recorded therein in a data file format structure for visualization of large capacity CFD parallel data and to a method for generating said data file format structure, in which the large capacity data is generated and stored or recorded in the data file format structure of a structured grid or an unstructured grid in processing large capacity CFD data in parallel to each other and visualizing the data. The data file format structure of a structured grid in the recording medium having data recorded therein in the data file format structure of the structured grid for visualization of large capacity CFD parallel data according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a meta data unit for describing information on the characteristics of the whole data including the number of elements and ID for mesh and data, number of time steps and ID, and the number of data values and ID; a mesh directory unit in which an element-based directory for the mesh and a time step-based directory in the element are structured in a grid; and a data directory unit in which an element-based directory for the data and a time step-based directory in the element are structured in a grid, and in which one or more value-based directories are structured for each time step-based directory.
