Provided are: a check valve that has high reliability with respect to sealing, is easily mass produced, and is compact; a cap with a check valve; a discharge pump provided with the check valve; and a fluid vessel. The check valve (41) has: a base (51) provided with a valve hole (52); and a film (71) that is adhered overlapping the top surface of the base (51) in a manner able to open and close the valve hole (52). Excepting a portion of the top surface of the base (51), the film (71) is superposed in a manner so as to cover the valve hole (52), and is adhered to the covered section in a manner so as to form: a discharge opening (76), by means of the top surface of the base (52) at a portion of the boundary line between the covered section overlapped by the film (71) and the non-covered section not overlapped by the film (71); and a discharge pathway from the valve hole (52) to the discharge opening (76). The configuration is such that it is possible to discharge a fluid from the valve hole (52) to the discharge opening (76) without piercing a hole in the film (71).
