A Montelukast Sodium tablet composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises Montelukast Sodium, a porous filling agent, a disintegrating agent, a lubricant, an opadry film coating premixing agent, and purified water. A method for preparing the porous filling agent comprises: dissolving a filling agent and then spray-drying the filling agent; or dissolving a filling agent, adding and uniformly dispersing a disintegrating agent in the filling agent, and then spray-drying the filling agent. The preparation method of the Montelukast Sodium tablet composition adopts a direct powder compression method.
