Provided is an administration system, comprising an interface which is connected to a network, a processor which is connected to the interface, and a storage device which is connected to the processor. One or more devices to be maintained, which are subjects for maintenance work which are identified by one instance of identifying information, are connected to the interface. The administration system retains information which denotes a scheduled start time and a scheduled end time of the maintenance work. The administration system determines whether the maintenance work is executed in the one or more devices to be maintained on the basis of the scheduled start time, the scheduled end time, a login for the maintenance work which the administration system has sensed in the one or more devices to be maintained, and a logout for the maintenance work which the administration system has sensed in the one or more devices to be maintained. The administration system determines, on the basis of the result of the determination, whether to execute a prescribed process corresponding to an event which is transmitted from the one or more devices to be maintained.
