METHODS FOR DEODORIZING AND EXTRACTING PROTEIN IN PROCESSING OF NATURAL RUBBER LATEX

Methods for deodorizing and extracting protein in processing of nature rubber latex belong to the rubber processing technical field, and solve problems that existing rubber generates qualitative change after rubber collection, and generates malodorous gas during rubber pressing and rubber baking, seriously pollutes the environment, and endangers human health. The present invention first provides a method for deodorizing in processing of nature rubber latex, which comprises the following steps: preparing a sodium benzoate solution, preparing rice straw segments, preparing glutinous rice clear liquid, preparing a preservative liquid, and carrying out preservative treatment. The present invention also provides a method for extracting protein and preparing original rubber using the preceding rubber latex, which comprises: adding diisopropyl fluorophosphate into the rubber latex subjected to the preservative treatment, extracting the protein, and preparing the original rubber. The present invention adds sodium benzoate into the rubber latex, removes malodorous gas, extracts plant protein, improves an added value of a product, and lowers a production cost.
