Provided are an improved three-dimensional artificial tissue, a composite tissue thereof, and a production method therefor. The present invention is provided with: a transplantable artificial tissue comprising an extracellular matrix derived substantially from mesenchymal stem cells induced from pluripotent stem cells, or cells which are equivalent to the mesenchymal stem cells, and from the relevant cells; a composite tissue which includes the artificial tissue and artificial bone set forth in claim 1, the purpose of said composite tissue being the treatment or the prevention of diseases, disorders, or conditions relating to osteochondral defects, and said artificial bone being smaller than the depth of an osteochondral defect of a bone section; and a production method therefor.
