The system has a master module (403) comprising a processing unit for processing a radionavigation signal (431) and a calculating unit (434) for calculating guidance data. A slave module (402) includes another processing unit for processing another radionavigation signal (421) and another calculation unit (422). Each module comprises comparing units (423, 435) for comparing outputs of the two calculating units and the guidance data to execute an integrity test so as to conclude the lack of integrity when the integrity test is satisfied.
