The invention relates to a method and a device for converting hydrocarbon gas into stable liquid synthetic petroleum products. The method involves pretreating a hydrocarbon feed gas, subsequently separating the pretreated gas into two streams, namely a primary stream for conversion into an end product, and a process stream for raising the temperature of the primary stream of gas during production of the end product, and then converting each of the separated streams as follows: the primary stream is subjected to catalytic steam reforming to produce synthesis gas, which is cooled and converted into stable synthetic crude oil, and, if necessary, the synthetic crude oil is separated into synthetic motor fuel fractions; and the process stream is converted by being passed through a gas turbine unit to produce electrical energy and combustion products, wherein excess hydrogen is additionally separated from the cooled synthesis gas produced by steam reforming, and the combustion products from the process stream passed through the gas turbine unit are first after-burned with the excess hydrogen and with part of the process stream from the pretreated hydrocarbon feed gas before being sent to heat the primary stream of gas as it is converted by steam reforming. Also claimed is an energy facility for converting hydrocarbon gas. The technical result is the creation of effective conditions for a synthetic crude oil production process to take place in a Fischer-Tropsh reactor, as well as the creation of effective conditions for the process of producing synthesis gas, as a result of heating a primary stream of gas during the steam reforming conversion thereof using the products of the after-burning of combustion products.
