The present invention provides a micro-needle therapy device, which comprises: a body in which a finger of a user is inserted; and a plurality of needle pins formed on one side of the body. In the micro-needle therapy device according to the present invention, a pad in which a finger can be inserted is combined with existing micro-needles. Therefore, the micro-needle therapy device can perform a therapeutic procedure more delicately and exactly on a sensitive portion or a portion of skin which is difficult to reach.
