The present invention provides a battery case of a pouch-type battery having insulation resistance measurement units, the pouch-type battery including the same, and an insulation resistance measurement system. The battery case of the present invention comprises insulation resistance measurement units protruding from a part of the pouch-type battery case having a sheet including outer coating layers, metal barrier layers, and inner sealant layers, wherein the insulation resistance measurement units include probe holes from which the outer coating layers of the pouch-type battery case have been removed such that insulation resistance measurement values can be easily and precisely measured without damage to the battery case for protecting an electrode assembly.
