An energy management assistance device equipped with: a management standard value storage unit (23) that stores management standard vales (D3), which are values at which the energy usage status is reasonable for each of multiple management parameters (P) when the management parameters (P) are used individually to manage the energy usage status of a building; and a management standard value adjustment unit (24) that acquires combinations of the management parameters (P), and that adjusts the management standard value (D3) of each management parameter (P) to a value for which the energy usage status is reasonable.
