Provided are a resinous loom heald (10) which enables high-speed weaving of a narrow tape-shaped fabric and has high durability and good space efficiency, a held mounting frame member (30), and a loom. A loom heald has a warp insertion hole (14) through which warp (24) that forms a narrow tape-shaped fabric is inserted in the central part thereof, and is formed in a thin plate shape that is longer than is wide. The loom heald is provided with mounting holes (12a, 12b) through each of which a mounting bar (22) of a heald mounting member (30) is inserted at both ends, and is formed entirely of a synthetic resin produced from polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene naphthalate. The loom heald (10) is 0.35-0.60 mm in thickness and 140-160 mm in length. A heald pressing member (26) for suppressing play in the vertical direction of the loom heald (10) is provided on a frame part (20a) facing the mounting bar (22) of the heald mounting frame member (30).
