The invention relates to a cisgenic and homozygous strain of rats with double gene doping of MCP-1, which overproduce MCP-1, present in both somatic 5 cells and germ cells, containing, in the genome thereof, a mouse gene mcp-1 preferably introduced by means of transgenesis or intragenesis, and progenies and derived cell lines. The invention also relates to the method of obtaining and using same.
