The objective of the present invention is to provide an analysis procedure extraction device and an analysis procedure extraction method with which the analysis efficiency of persons who are beginners at performing analysis can be improved by extracting, from previously conducted analysis procedures, analysis procedures which take into account the product being analyzed and the usage environment of the product, and then presenting these extracted procedures. An analysis procedure deconstruction unit (4) deconstructs an analysis procedure into primary analysis items. An analysis procedure calculation unit (5) performs a calculation on the analysis procedures using keywords that are included in each primary analysis item and have been set for each analysis procedure. An analysis procedure extraction unit (6) extracts and integrates analysis procedures that are shared by multiple analysis procedures, thereby forming a shared analysis procedure, or extracts and integrates analysis procedures that are not shared, thereby forming analysis know-how, which is a unique analysis procedure.
