Provided is a solar tracking-type photovoltaic power generation system control device that can suppress a reduction in the power generation amount due to retraction control. A solar tracking-type photovoltaic power generation system (1) comprises a solar cell (2) and a drive means (3) for causing the solar cell (2) to undulate and revolve so that a light-receiving surface (2b) of the solar cell tracks the sun. A control device (4) of the solar tracking-type photovoltaic power generation system (1) is provided with the following: a posture detection means (11) for detecting the undulation posture of the solar cell (2); a wind-speed measurement means (12) for measuring the wind speed; a setting unit (13) for setting a first wind speed threshold (V1) in accordance with each undulation posture of the solar cell (2) detected by the posture detection means (11); and a control unit (14) for, if the wind speed value measured by the wind-speed measurement means (12) exceeds a first wind speed threshold value (V1), carrying out retraction control in which the solar cell (2) is caused by the drive means (3) to tilt into a retracted posture.
