Provided is a production method for molded articles of silane crosslinked polyethylene resin, including a step of melting a silane crosslinked polyethylene resin, a step of extrusion molding the melted resin, a step of bringing the surface of the molded article produced by extrusion molding, into contact with an oil-soluble dye solution before at least the surface has solidified, a step of separating the molded article from the oil-soluble dye solution, and a step of cooling the molded article after separation from the oil-soluble dye solution, whereby uniformly dyed molded articles of silane crosslinked polyethylene resin having can be obtained without scorching despite the presence of a silanol condensation catalyst, and moreover with no loss in productivity, as molding and dyeing are carried out in succession.
