Disclosed are a combined structure of a front frame (70) and a middle frame (50) for a liquid crystal display device (1), and a liquid crystal display device (1) having the combined structure. The combined structure comprises: a front frame (70), at least one front frame sidewall (71) thereof comprising at least one first projecting portion (711) and at least one first notch portion (712), with the first projecting portion (711) and the first notch portion (712) being distributed alternately; and a middle frame (50), a middle frame sidewall (51) which corresponds to the front frame sidewall (71), comprising at least one second projecting portion (511) and at least one second notch portion (512), with the second projecting portion (511) and the second notch portion (512) being distributed alternatively; wherein the first projecting portion (711) is correspondingly inserted into the second notch portion (512), and the second projecting portion (511) is correspondingly inserted into the first notch portion (712), so that the front frame (70) is fixedly connected to the middle frame (50). In the combined structure, the thickness of the front frame sidewall (71) and the gap between the front frame (70) and the middle frame (50) are reduced, a narrower frame of the liquid crystal display device (1) is achieved relatively easily, and the front frame sidewall (71) is in direct contact with a back plate sidewall (11, 12) provided with a light source (40), thereby improving the heat dissipation performance of the liquid crystal display device (1).
