IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION METHOD AND IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION DEVICE BASED ON PAAS PLATFORM

Disclosed is an identity authentication device on a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) platform. The identity authentication device is used for performing identity authentication on a user that is prepared to access an application on the PaaS platform, and the identity authentication device comprises: a key distribution center, used for authenticating the user and distributing a note according to an access policy formulated by a developer of the application on the PaaS platform, and the key distribution center comprising an authentication server, the authentication server being configured to receive an authentication request from the user; determining a protocol that the identity of the user belongs to; and determining an authentication manner for the user according to the protocol, and sending a first permission note to the user after the authentication succeeds. Further disclosed is an identity authentication method based on a PaaS platform.
