The use of the present invention embodiment, in comparison to the prior art, significantly increases multi-mode baseband processing throughput; the dependence of chip hardware design on wireless communication protocol decreases to a minimum, accelerator starting and stopping are not subject to a time limit, and scheduling can be done at any time; rapid configuration and real-time switching are achieved between various formats, thus effectively reducing the complexity of configuration and control.
