A method and system for communication signal transmission based on a wireless electric power transmission system. The method comprises: a receiving end transmits periodically to a transmitting end a synchronization signal comprising communication direction information and time information in the present period, the transmitting end and the receiving end configure transmission and reception states of a communication signal of the wireless electric power transmission system according to the communication direction information in the synchronization signal, where the synchronization signal allows the communication signal to have only a signal direction of communication at a same moment; the transmitting end receives the synchronization signal; and, the transmission end and the receiving end transmit the communication signal according to the communication direction information in the synchronization signal. The method and system for communication signal transmission use the communication information in the present period comprised in the synchronization signal to allow the communication signal to have only a single direction of communication in a same moment, thus solving the problem of conflict in a single-channel bidirectional signal transmission process, and increasing communication signal transmission efficiency and system stability, while at the same time achieving the effect of simultaneous wireless transmission of electric power and communication.
