System for improving patients' compliance with treatment

The system (100) has a device (10) e.g. notebook, for creating a therapy plan for a patient by a user e.g. dentist. The device enables the user to provide information of planned therapy events for describing the planned therapy events in the therapy plan. An electronic information carrier (20) e.g. smartphone, reproduces the described information for the patient when the patient is reminded of the planned therapy events based on the therapy plan. The information contains text information freely editable by the user, audio information, fixed-image information and moving image information. An independent claim is also included for a computer program comprising instructions for performing a method for promoting compliance of a multimorbidity patient with treatment.
