A perineal probe (1) for asymmetric treatments extending primarily along a longitudinal axis (1 a) and comprising: a main rod (3) extending primarily along the longitudinal axis (1 a); a plurality of electrodes (2), the perpendicular projection of which along said longitudinal axis (1a) is substantially in the same position, and reciprocally spaced in directions perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (1 a) and connected to the main rod (3) by means of deformable arms (4), sensing means (5) to detect the deformation of the arms (4).
