A rack connected damping system for controlling vibration of a light weight frame structure for goods storage according to the present invention comprises: a base plate, crossly arranged between two adjacent facing racks in a rack system consisting of multiple racks having shelves for goods storage, having both ends combined to the upper surfaces of each rack; a mass unit, installed in the upper surface of the base plate to be able to move, having predetermined mass; a pair of spring members which are arranged in both sides of the mass unit on the upper surface of the base plate and are installed between the mass unit and a side wall respectively formed in one end of the base plate; and a vibration control unit which is arranged in both sides of the mass unit on the upper surface of the base plate and is composed of a pair of dampers installed between the mass unit and the side wall respectively formed in one end of the base plate; wherein the vibration control unit is aligned with two adjacent racks of the multiple racks and is arranged in the upper side of each shelf column of the racks.
