The functional fabric radiating far infrared rays and anions includes a process for crushing TiO2 containing far infrared rays and anions into nanoparticles using a crusher, a process for producing a mixture liquid phase by mixing polyethylene and ethylene glycol in a mixture tank, a process for mixing the mixture liquid phase with TiO2 powder containing far infrared rays and anions and producing functional chips containing far infrared rays and anions by heating the mixture using a steam boiler, and a process for producing functional yarn containing far infrared rays and anions through polymerization radiation of the functional chips towards the yarn in a heater.
