The present invention provides fire alarm for resident safety by solving an alarm problem based on fire and an alarm and a release function to residents by calculating dynamic priority scenario based on the changed location and context information and by notifying the change of the fire to the residents, and the residents can safely move to safe areas by accurately operating voice alarm and visual alarm functions by realizing a cutting-edge technology in a home device which is supplied currently. The home device comprises an alarm device, a wired/wireless communication network, and a management server. The fire alarm is provided to the residents or public areas by realizing a fire location information treatment process in the management server.
