The present invent relates to a liquid cell smearing device which automatically detects multiple cells. For the purpose, the present invention provides the liquid cell smearing device comprising: a cylindrical filter container which contains a solution for smearing and is transversely separable; a substrate (10) which is formed in a disk shape has a filter fixing part (11) formed at one side in a predetermined length from the bottom part and an inlet part (12) for putting the membrane filter container on the upper side of the filter fixing part; an elevating device which is mounted between the substrate and the filter fixing part and vertically moves between the bottom part of the substrate and the filter fixing part; a slide glass forward and backward movement device which is mounted at the lower end of the front side of the filter fixing part and moves a pair of slide glasses placed on the upper portion to the lower end of the filter fixing part forward and backward; an inhalation cylinder (42) which is mounted at the other side of the filter fixing part on the substrate and inhales the solution in the filter container by being connected with the elevating plate of the elevating device by a hose; and a pair of inhalation and discharge devices which controls inhalation amount of the solution and discharges the solution to the outside by comprising a valve (50) between the inhalation cylinder and the hose,
